DNA Activation is the process of energetically lighting up your 2nd and 3rd strands. This is a new energy work that is a shift in consciousness that has been growing in popularity in our time of accelerated evolution. It is said that most of us are only accessing 10% of our true potential. We have distortions in our DNA that prevent the full expression of our Divine blueprint and block our ability to be in flow with life on a regular basis.

The innate immune system recognizes foreign DNA in cells and responds to this information by activating cellular signaling pathways that lead to type I interferon (IFN) induction, cell death, and other immunological responses. Recent advances in the molecular understanding of the central events in these pathways have expanded significantly (Fig. 2).

Several factors are known to stimulate DNA sensing pathways, including uptake of bacterial DNA into the cytoplasm, degradation of viral capsids in the cytosol, and leakage of replication intermediates from endosomal compartments. Stimulation of cytoplasmic DNA sensing pathways also occurs by DNA-dependent activation of the ER-associated protein ZDHHC1 and by bacterial sulfhydrylation. In addition, certain microorganisms exploit the STING DNA-dependent pathway for viral infection by stimulating this signaling pathway via limited perforation of the phagosome membrane mediated by the ESX-1 secretion system or through low-grade DNA leakage into the cytoplasm (7).
